Click Buddy aplikacja

Aplikacja: jakie dane przetwarza

Serwis clickbuddy.click (piosenki i setlisty online)

Strona clickbuddy.click to osobna, opcjonalna usługa: biblioteka piosenek (rozpisek) i setlist, wspólna dla zespołu i synchronizowana z aplikacją, z wysyłką do aplikacji linkiem; w wersji premium przygotowuje też rozpiskę z nagrania. Korzystanie z niej wymaga konta.

Cel, podstawa i Twoje prawa

Dane przetwarzamy po to, żeby świadczyć usługę, o którą prosisz (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO), oraz żeby chronić serwis przed nadużyciami (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).

Usuwanie danych

Aplikacja: wszystkie dane aplikacji znikają razem z jej odinstalowaniem. Kopie zapasowe, które zapisałeś(-aś) poza aplikacją, usuwasz samodzielnie.

Serwis clickbuddy.click: numer telefonu, adres e-mail i połączenie z kontem Google lub Facebook możesz usunąć samodzielnie w „Konto” (musi zostać przynajmniej jeden sposób logowania).

Kopie zapasowe: przed każdą aktualizacją serwisu robimy kopię bazy danych i przechowujemy 30 ostatnich.

Zmiany i kontakt

Pytania i wnioski: lukasz.lubosz@gmail.com.

Privacy policy

Applies to the Click Buddy app for iOS/iPadOS and Android and to the clickbuddy.click service. Effective 5 November 2026.

In short

Without an account, the Click Buddy app does not collect any data about you and does not send anything to the internet. Your songs, playlists and settings are stored on your device. An account with the clickbuddy.click service is optional: if you sign in inside the app, it syncs your songs with the service (and between your devices), and the service stores only what is needed to keep the charts and share them with your band. You can delete the account yourself at any time.

The app: what data it processes

The app: what it does not do

Apple and Google may process data related to purchasing and installing the app (e.g. store statistics, optional crash reports if you opted in at the system level) under their own privacy policies. We do not receive any personally identifiable data from those sources.

The clickbuddy.click service (songs and setlists online)

The website clickbuddy.click is a separate, optional service: a library of songs (charts) and setlists shared with your band and synced with the app, with sending to the app via a link; the premium plan also prepares a chart from a recording. Using it requires an account. The data controller is Łukasz Lubosz (contact details at the bottom of this page).

Account and sign-in

Songs, setlists and bands

Purpose, legal basis and your rights

We process the data to provide the service you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to protect the service against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not sell data, do not share it with advertisers and do not profile you. You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Deleting data

The app: all app data is removed when you uninstall the app. Backups you saved outside the app are yours to delete.

The clickbuddy.click service: you can remove your phone number, e-mail address and the link to your Google or Facebook account yourself under “Account” (at least one sign-in method must remain). You can delete your whole account yourself under “Account” → “Delete account” (an account with a password asks for the password): your private songs with their change history and cached recordings, the sessions on the website and in the apps, and any band with nobody else left are removed immediately. Songs you handed over to a band stay with the band (without an author) unless you delete them first. You can also write to the address below from the e-mail address or phone number attached to the account – we will delete the account within 14 days. Identifiers and addresses received from Google or Facebook are deleted together with the account.

Backups: before every update of the service we make a copy of the database and keep the last 30. Deleted data may remain in them until a copy is replaced by a newer one; backups are used solely to restore the service after a failure and for no other purpose.

Changes and contact

If the app or the service ever starts processing data differently, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions and requests: lukasz.lubosz@gmail.com.
