Regulamin
W skrócie
Click Buddy to metronom na scenę: aplikacja, którą kupujesz raz w App Store albo Google Play, i opcjonalny serwis clickbuddy.click z piosenkami i setlistami online.
1. Kto świadczy usługę
Aplikację i serwis udostępnia Łukasz Lubosz, ul. Ziemowita 5-1, 44-100 Gliwice, NIP 9542422558 (dalej „my”). Kontakt: lukasz.lubosz@gmail.com. Dokument jest też regulaminem świadczenia usług drogą elektroniczną w rozumieniu polskiej ustawy z 18 lipca 2002 r.
2. Co obejmuje regulamin
- Aplikacja Click Buddy – metronom, w którym piosenka składa się z fragmentów (metrum, tempo, takty), z setlistami, zapowiedziami głosowymi i trybem koncertowym. Działa na Twoim urządzeniu, bez konta i bez internetu.
- Serwis clickbuddy.click – opcjonalne konto: biblioteka piosenek (rozpisek) i setlist online, zespoły, synchronizacja z aplikacją na Twoich urządzeniach, linki do piosenek i setlist, import i eksport plików JSON.
3. Wymagania techniczne
- Aplikacja – iPhone lub iPad z systemem iOS/iPadOS 17 lub nowszym albo urządzenie z Androidem 8.0 lub nowszym.
- Serwis – aktualna przeglądarka z włączoną obsługą JavaScriptu i ciasteczek oraz dostęp do internetu.
- Konto – numer telefonu albo adres e-mail, ewentualnie konto Google lub Facebook.
4. Aplikacja: zakup i licencja
- Zakup – aplikację kupujesz jednorazowo w App Store albo Google Play.
5. Konto w serwisie
6. Plan premium
Plan premium nie jest obecnie sprzedawany – przyznajemy go indywidualnie i możemy go cofnąć; przygotowane wcześniej rozpiski zostają na koncie. Żeby chronić serwis przed nadużyciami, możemy ograniczać liczbę i długość analizowanych nagrań. Jeśli wprowadzimy płatny plan, cenę i zasady pokażemy przed zakupem i uzupełnimy ten regulamin.
7. Twoje treści
- Własność – piosenki (rozpiski), setlisty, nazwy, teksty zapowiedzi i przesłane nagrania pozostają Twoje. Udzielasz nam jedynie niewyłącznej, nieodpłatnej licencji w zakresie potrzebnym do świadczenia usługi: przechowywania, przetwarzania (np. analizy nagrania i synchronizacji), tworzenia kopii zapasowych oraz pokazywania treści osobom, którym je udostępnisz.
8. Zasady korzystania z serwisu
Nie wolno:
- łamać ani obchodzić zabezpieczeń i limitów, zakłócać działania serwisu ani szukać w nim podatności bez naszej zgody;
- automatycznie i masowo zakładać kont, pobierać danych ani zamawiać analiz;
- podawać cudzych numerów telefonu i adresów e-mail (także po to, żeby wysłać na nie kod) ani podszywać się pod inne osoby;
- odsprzedawać dostępu do serwisu.
9. Wyniki analizy i propozycje AI
10. Dostępność i zmiany w usługach
Jeśli będziemy kończyć działanie serwisu, uprzedzimy posiadaczy kont co najmniej 30 dni wcześniej, żeby każdy zdążył pobrać swoje dane (synchronizacja z aplikacją, eksport do pliku JSON).
11. Rozwiązanie umowy
- Ty – możesz zrezygnować z konta w każdej chwili i bez podania przyczyny: „Konto” → „Usuń konto” albo wiadomość na adres z punktu 1.
- My – możemy wypowiedzieć umowę o konto z 14-dniowym wyprzedzeniem z ważnego powodu: gdy mimo wezwania dalej łamiesz regulamin albo gdy kończymy działanie serwisu (punkt 10).
- Sprawy płatności i zwrotu ceny aplikacji zgłaszasz w sklepie, w którym ją kupiłeś(-aś).
15. Prawo i spory
Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu. Konsument mieszkający w innym kraju zachowuje ochronę, którą dają mu bezwzględnie obowiązujące przepisy tego kraju. Spory rozstrzyga sąd właściwy według przepisów ogólnych. W razie rozbieżności między wersjami językowymi rozstrzyga wersja polska.

Terms of Service
In short
Click Buddy is a metronome for the stage: an app you buy once on the App Store or Google Play, and an optional service, clickbuddy.click, with songs and setlists online. The app works without an account. Your songs stay yours – we store them only to show them to you and your band. You can delete your account at any time. Before you take the click on stage, check the chart and your gear at rehearsal.
1. Who provides the service
The app and the service are provided by Łukasz Lubosz, ul. Ziemowita 5-1, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland, tax identification number (NIP) 9542422558 (“we”, “us”). Contact: lukasz.lubosz@gmail.com. This document also serves as the terms for providing services by electronic means under the Polish Act of 18 July 2002.
2. What these terms cover
- The Click Buddy app – a metronome in which a song is made of sections (time signature, tempo, bars), with setlists, voice announcements and a concert mode. It runs on your device, without an account and without internet access.
- The clickbuddy.click service – an optional account: a library of songs (charts) and setlists online, bands, sync with the app on your devices, links to songs and setlists, import and export of JSON files.
- The premium plan of the service – a chart from a recording: analysis of a YouTube link or your own audio file (tempo, bars, song structure) and section-name suggestions prepared by an AI model.
3. Technical requirements
- The app – an iPhone or iPad running iOS/iPadOS 17 or later, or a device running Android 8.0 or later.
- The service – an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and internet access.
- An account – a phone number or an e-mail address, or a Google or Facebook account.
4. The app: purchase and license
- Purchase – you buy the app once on the App Store or Google Play. It has no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no ads. The price, payment, proof of purchase and refunds are handled by the store under its own rules – refund requests go to the store.
- License – once you buy the app you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use it on the devices linked to your store account, to the extent the store’s rules allow (e.g. family sharing). You may also use it professionally: at rehearsals, on stage and in the studio.
- What is not allowed – reselling, renting or distributing copies of the app, removing its protections, and decompiling or modifying it beyond what the law permits.
- Store terms – an app downloaded from a store is also subject to that store’s terms; on the App Store this is Apple’s standard end user license agreement.
- Updates – we deliver them through the store. The minimum system version in section 3 may change over time; the version of the app you have installed keeps working on your device.
5. Your account with the service
- Creating an account – you enter a phone number or e-mail address and a password and confirm it with a one-time code, or you sign in with a Google or Facebook account. By creating an account you accept these terms and enter into an agreement with us for the provision of electronic services for an indefinite period. The basic plan is free.
- Your sign-in details – you use a number or address that belongs to you, keep your password safe and are responsible for what happens on your account. If you suspect that someone else has gained access, change your password (this signs out your other devices) and write to us.
- One account, one person – in a band everyone has their own account and joins the band by invitation.
- Personal data – what data we process and why is described in the privacy policy.
6. The premium plan
The premium plan is not currently for sale – we grant it individually and may withdraw it; charts prepared earlier stay on your account. To protect the service against abuse we may limit the number and length of analyzed recordings. If we introduce a paid plan, we will show the price and rules before purchase and update these terms.
7. Your content
- Ownership – your songs (charts), setlists, names, announcement texts and uploaded recordings remain yours. You grant us only a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to the extent needed to provide the service: storing, processing (e.g. analyzing a recording and syncing), making backups and showing the content to the people you share it with.
- Bands – songs and setlists assigned to a band can be seen and changed by all its members; each of them can add them to their app. After you leave the band or delete your account they stay with the band.
- Links – a setlist with its link turned on can be seen, without signing in, by anyone who knows the link. You can turn the link off at any time.
- Recordings and links to recordings – you upload and submit only recordings you have the right to use for this purpose. They are used solely to prepare the chart and are available to you and to the band you assign the song to.
- Prohibited content – you do not post content that is unlawful or infringes anyone’s rights, including copyright and personal rights. You are responsible for your content.
- Reports – if you believe that some content in the service breaks the law or infringes your rights, write to the address in section 1. After a credible report we may remove the content or block access to it; we will inform its author about this and about the reason.
8. Rules for using the service
You must not:
- break or circumvent security measures and limits, disrupt the service or probe it for vulnerabilities without our consent;
- create accounts, download data or order analyses automatically and in bulk;
- enter other people’s phone numbers or e-mail addresses (including just to have a code sent to them) or impersonate anyone;
- resell access to the service.
If you break these rules, we may limit your account’s features, suspend it or delete it – as described in section 11.
9. Analysis results and AI suggestions
The tempo, bars and song structure detected automatically from a recording, and the section names suggested by an AI model, may contain errors. Treat them as a starting point: before a rehearsal or a gig, review the chart and correct it in the editor.
10. Availability and changes to the services
- Availability – we work to keep the service running without interruption, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available: maintenance, failures and outages at our providers do happen.
- The app works without the service – your library is stored on the device and stays there also when the service is unavailable or you sign out. Make backups (Settings → Backup), especially before switching devices.
- Changes – we keep developing the app and the service, so features may change. If we are going to shut the service down, we will notify account holders at least 30 days in advance, so that everyone has time to retrieve their data (sync with the app, export to a JSON file).
11. Ending the agreement
- You – you can give up your account at any time, without giving a reason: “Account” → “Delete account”, or a message to the address in section 1. What then happens to your data is described in the privacy policy.
- Right of withdrawal – if you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of creating the account without giving a reason; deleting the account or writing to us is enough.
- We – we may terminate the account agreement with 14 days’ notice for an important reason: when you keep breaking these terms despite a warning, or when we shut the service down (section 10). We may block or delete an account without notice in the case of a gross violation – unlawful content, an attack on the service, abuse of code delivery. We will write to the account’s address or number about the decision and the reason for it.
- The app – the app license is perpetual; you stop using it by uninstalling the app.
12. Liability
- Conformity – we are responsible for the app and the service working as described, under the rules laid down by law.
- On stage – Click Buddy is a supporting tool. We have no control over your device, battery, operating system, network connection or audio chain, so before a performance check the whole setup and keep a backup of your library.
- Beyond our control – we are not liable for the consequences of failures of the device, the operating system, the network or third-party services (stores, carriers, sign-in providers), or for content posted by users.
- Users who are not consumers – towards them we are not liable for lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the app or the service in the last 12 months; this does not apply to damage caused intentionally.
- Consumers – nothing in these terms excludes or limits the rights that mandatory law grants to consumers (and to persons entitled to consumer rights).
13. Complaints
- Send a complaint about how the app or the service works to lukasz.lubosz@gmail.com. Describe the problem, give your device and OS version and, for an account, its login. We will reply within 14 days.
- Payment issues and refunds of the app price are handled by the store where you bought it.
- If you are a consumer, you can also use out-of-court dispute resolution and the help of consumer organizations in your country; in Poland these include the municipal or district consumer ombudsman and mediation at the Trade Inspection (information: uokik.gov.pl).
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for an important reason: a change in the law, adding or withdrawing features, introducing a paid plan, or security. We publish the new version on this page with the date at the top. We will notify account holders of material changes at least 14 days in advance – with a notice in the service or a message to the account’s address or number. If you do not agree with them, you can delete your account before they take effect. Changes do not take away your rights to an app you have already bought.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. A consumer living in another country keeps the protection given by the mandatory provisions of that country’s law. Disputes are settled by the court that has jurisdiction under the general rules. If the language versions differ, the Polish version prevails.
